You begin by answering short survey to share a bit about yourself, the item or items you are interested in our assistance with selecting and purchasing, and the level or service you are interested in.

*These questions can be answered through whichever form of communication you find most convenient- phone, email, audio note, video call etc.

Following the completion of our brief survey we will be in touch to schedule a 20 minute call.

The goal of this call is to learn more about you and understand your shopping needs.

We will also answer any and all questions you may have about our shopping service.

The next steps vary based on the level of service you are interested in and how involved you choose for us to be.

An example of our base level of service would be us joining you for a single day of shopping at the boutiques and ateliers that you usually shop at. we are there to advise and consult with you on the pieces we think would best suit you, your personal style and your lifestyle.

For clients interested in our highest level of service, we offer multiple days of pre-scheduled private appointments with the brands and designers previously discussed on our call. Our team will be in touch with each location ahead of our arrival to ensure that the appropriate pieces are available in both the styles and sizes needed for our appointment.

You will receive a suggested schedule ahead of your shopping service which we may adjust accordingly.

On the day of your service you will be joined by one of our highly skilled stylist who is there to advise on any and all of your shopping needs.

Based on the location of the service transportation for the day may be required. In this case we are happy to arrange a driver for an additional fee or use your personal driver.
